SQUEEGEE WASHING MACHINE
- Suitable for squeegee dimensions: Length: Approx. 2.250 mm. (Total length with or without extension pipe).
Outside diameter: Approx. 54 mm.
Machine dimensions: Approx. 4.500 x 1.000 x 3.600 mm (L x W x H).
Note: Upon request also available for other squeegee dimensions. - Squeegee position: Slightly sloped towards outlet side.
- Squeegee quantity per washing: Model RW-6: Max. 6 pieces incl. paint tray.
- Available for water based or plastisol application.
- Cleaning liquid: Water or white spirit (for plastisol application).
- Cleaning inside: flushing with cleaning liquid.
Cleaning outside with spray nozzle system. - Washing cycle: Free adjustable.
- Drying cycle: Separate with compressed air system.
- Lifting door with release washing program and exhaust air. Door provided with fall protection. Door as required on left or right side.
- Wash cabinet provided with connection to exhaust air system.
(Optional: available with air/fluid mechanical separation filter.) - Optional incl. 3-stage sedimentation system (for plastisol application).
- Optional in Eex-proof execution Zone II.
