Micro dispenser – Dosing system with extremely high accuracy

We recently delivered 2 Micro Dispensers to a customer in Germany. Characteristic of this gravimetrical dispensing installation is the small quantities that can be dosed with an extremely high accuracy. With the MicroDispenser reproducible drops of 2-3 mg. can be dosed. The installation is suitable for both water- and solvent based products. In order to reproduce the extremely high accuracy, the tanks can, where required, be equipped with mixers and be heated up to 160 °C.
