The Geurtsen Group acquires Gemini Techniek B.V.

The Geurtsen Group from Deventer (NL) has acquired machine manufacturer
Gemini Techniek from Haaksbergen (NL). With this acquisition, Gemini Techniek has been added to a group of machine manufacturing companies within the Geurtsen Group.

Over the past decade, the Geurtsen Group has increased its capabilities by doing several acquisitions. Besides Machinefabriek Geurtsen from Deventer (Est. 1926), the group consists of Machinefabriek Westerhof, BST Servicegroep, Robotize and Erick.
Main activities are engineering, customized machine building, service and maintenance.
With references in different industries, the companies are active within the Netherlands as well as in most European countries with over 250 qualified technicians.

The specific knowledge within Gemini regarding machines and installations for Filling, Dispensing and Cleaning as well as their worldwide sales network, is a valuable asset to the Group. The engineering and fabrication capabilities within the Group will help Gemini offer a more complete package to existing as well as to new customers. Gemini can now offer integrated product handling solutions, end of line systems and automized filling, to name a few.
